Our students from Yuva Tourism Club participated in the Yoga demonstration session organized by Indiatourism Regional Office (South) at Vivekananda House, Chennai from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
International Yoga Day – 2023
Like every year, this year also IHM Chennai organized an event to observe the IYD 2023. A detailed discussion on the yogic breathing patterns and its impact on the overall wellbeing was discussed and the same was demonstrated by Smt. Nirmala, Yoga and chanting Therapist from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai.
